Poster prints, Framed art, Canvas, and Stickers

are all printed by Printful and available in multiple sizes.

There may be possibilities of ordering wholesale and

customizing colours or products especially for you.

SHIPPING

Card Sets are signed and posted by Ambient Bee

from Vancouver, BC Canada.

Poster prints, Framed art, Canvas & Stickers

drop shipped through Printful.

Once you place the order, it takes a few days to print.

Shipping times depend on your location

- approx. 6-12 business days.

For smooth delivery, use a physical address - not a PO Box.

Printful has fulfillment centres in Canada, USA,

Mexico, Latvia, and Spain. 

Fulfillment partners also located in Australia, Japan, and Brazil.

Strategically located fulfillment centres allow for

faster shipping times and lower shipping costs.

Depending on the product and delivery location,

customs or duty charges could be applied.

PACKAGING

Cards Sets and Stickers are posted in a flat envelope.

Multiples in the same order are shipped together.

Posters are shipped in a triangular cardboard box.

Multiples in the same order are shipped together.

Canvas and Framed prints are shipped in a cardboard box.

Multiples in the same order are shipped together.

CLAIMS

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order,

please contact Dani Bee ~ designs@ambientbee.com

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted

within 2 weeks after the product has been received.

Claims deemed an error by Printful are covered at their expense.

LOST IN TRANSIT

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later

than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

WRONG ADDRESS

If the address provided is considered insufficient by the courier,

the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility.

Once the order is confirmed with an updated address,

the customer will be liable for reshipment costs .

UNCLAIMED

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility

and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
